Parking:
There is private parking for 1 car on the drive at the rear of the building. There is also a car park 25 metres from the property. This is free of charge between the hours of 6pm – 8am.
Keys:
There is a key safe located at the property next to the rear door. The combination for your stay is 1412.
On departure, please ensure all of the windows are closed, lock all doors and return the keys to the key safe.
Damage:
Any damage should be reported using the contact details below. Any damage caused to the property, other than wear and tear, we reserve the right to repair or replace the damaged item at the expense of the customer.
On Departure:
Please check you have taken all your belongings with you.
We ask that you remove all bedding and leave this in the hallway and empty the fridge/freezer and the indoor bin.
Please leave the property clean and tidy.
Rubbish:
Please ensure all rubbish is placed in the external bins. There are two bins marked with number 51. One for recycling – grey bin and the second for general household waste – green bin. The bins are emptied on a Wednesday morning (alternating between the grey and green bin on a fortnightly cycle). Please leave the relevant bin at the end of the drive on a Tuesday evening. Collection dates are displayed in the property.
Pets:
Pets are prohibited at the property.
Smoking:
No smoking is permitted in the property.
Bed Linen & Towels:
All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. The property also has a washer if you have any laundry.
Cleaning:
The property is thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay.
For longer term stays, the accommodation will be cleaned fortnightly.
Stolen Items:
An inventory of items will be completed prior to your stay and at the end of your stay. If any items are found to be missing from the property, we reserve the right to recover the cost of the item from the guest at a fair and reasonable price.
