Free on street parking is available on the quiet residential street
Rubbish:
Please ensure all rubbish is placed in the external bins. One for recycling – green bin and the second for general household waste – black bin. The black bin is emptied on a Friday morning, the green bin is collected on the first Friday of every month. Please leave the bins outside the front gate on the street on a Thursday evening Collection dates are displayed in the property.
Smoking:
No smoking is permitted in the property.
Bed Linen & Towels:
All bed linen and towels are provided for your stay. The property also has a washer if you have any laundry.
Cleaning:
The property is thoroughly cleaned prior to your stay.
For longer term stays, the accommodation will be cleaned fortnightly.
Stolen Items:
An inventory of items will be completed prior to your stay and at the end of your stay. If any items are found to be missing from the property, we reserve the right to recover the cost of the item from the guest at a fair and reasonable price.
